Rotating Collections
The District provides rotating collections of materials to supplement local library collections. Money was designated in FY18-19 for more Playaway and Large Print materials. The Audio and DVD collections have not been added to for a number of years but will be maintained until damage or theft renders this unfeasible.
If you have a damaged item form one of the rotating collections, please send it to ECPL attention District Services. I will replace or discard the item and update the rotating items list.

Programming Funds
The district currently provides each library with funds every year for programs. Money spent on programs paid for by the district need to be recognized in the program PR with a "provided through support from Erie/Crawford District Services" acknowledgment. Funds can be used for entertainer fees, or programming supplies, but NOT prizes.
Each library has $1,000 to spend for 2019-2020. Everything will be handled on a reimbursement basis. You will pay for the program, entertainer, or programming supplies and then submit that invoice to District Services and a check will be sent to your library. The District cannot reimburse for prizes or food.
To keep the district budget balanced with the county budget we ask that each library spends $500 between July 1st and December 1st. and the remaining $500 between January 1st and June 1st. This will help me to deal with the time lag and prevent any issues with needing to "back pay" any invoices.
Any programs in June or December will bill to the next cycle. For instance, anything in June 2019 will count against your July to December 2019 budget of $500. Any programs in December 2019 will count against your January to June 2020 budget of $500.
Check your current balance here (as of January 1, 2020)
