Free Art Books Art Resources Transfer (A.R.T.) Distribution to Underserved Communities Library Program (D.U.C.) provides public schools and libraries with free books on contemporary art and culture and online teaching guides. All public institutions who self-define as underserved are eligible to place annual, unrestricted orders.
Rosalinde Gilbert Innovations in Alzheimer's Disease Care-giving Legacy Awards - The program promotes those principles and stimulates innovation in the field of Alzheimer's disease care-giving by recognizing and rewarding those efforts which lead the way in addressing the needs of Alzheimer's caregivers.
Project Welcome
Learn and articulate ways libraries can address the information needs of refugees and asylum seekers in their resettlement and integration process. IMLS funded “Project Welcome,” to help libraries that wish to provide programs and services for immigrants living in their communities by learning from USA and international library services who are already serving this community. Resources include: guides for library staff and stakeholders on serving refugees and inform other community members on issues affecting refugees.
Connected Care Initiative: Partner Toolkit
Connected Care is a public education campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of chronic care management (CCM) to patients with multiple chronic conditions and to provide health care professionals with the support to implement successful CCM programs. As part of the education campaign, multiple resources are available at no charge to your organization and members, to help healthcare professionals and their patients learn about CCM and take advantage of these services. All of the educational resources are available on the CMS website.
